A value-generating environment

It takes every single one of us to create a good working atmosphere. We resort to listening and courtesy; we avoid raising our voices, an indication of weakness in one's arguments.

The expression of one’s ideas and opinions in encouraged. Everyone has the right and responsibility to make suggestions for departments’ improvement, including management.
